Han river has well maintained bicycle courses. Basically you can cross bridges if they have sidewalk. Some bridges have sidewalk, some don't. This posting is about where to cross bridges with bicycle.
There are all total 31 bridges on Han river. You can cross the river with bicycle using bridges below
1. Ilsan
There is an acces on West side for Northen part.
Southern part also has a slope.
3. Shinhaengju
Slopes on both sides for Northern part.
Slopes on both sides for Southern part.
6. Gayang
An elevator only on West side for Northern part.
There is no elevator directly on the bridge. Go to the West side a bit more and there is an elevator after underpass.
7. Seongsan
Stairs under the bridge on Northern part.
For Southern part, there is a passage connected to bicycle road after passing under path. You need to cross roads several times to go through there. It can be bit tricky but there is a passage.
8. Yangwha
Stairs on both sides for Northern part.
Stairs and elevators on both sides for Southern part.
10. Seogang
There is a stair after slope on Northern part.
Stairs on both sides for Southern part.
11. Mapo
Slopes on both sides for Northern part.
Slopes on both sides for Southern part.
12. Wonhyo
Stairs and elevators for Northern part.

15. Hangang
Stairs and elevators on both side Northern part.

16. Dongjak
Stairs after underpass Northern part.
Elevators on both sides Southern part.
18. Jamsu
Just a road. No need to explain because it's too easy.
This bridge sinks underwater after heavy rains and the whole bridge is blocked.
19. Hannam
You need to go through the interchange if you want to go up to the bridge from Northern part.
Elevator and slop is available on Southern part.
20. Dongho
Stairs on West side Southern part.
Northern part is bit confusing. There is a three-way intersection if you follow Oksu station sign. If you go to the right side and cross the road, you can find the long long stairs.
21. Seongsu
No direct way Northern part. You can go through underpass, Seoul forest and go up. However, this road is closed at night.
Elevator on West side Southern part.
22. Yeongdong
Stairs on West side Northern part. East side stairs are outside of Han river range.
Slope way on West side Southern part.
24. Jamsil
Slope way and stairs on both East and West side on Northern part after through underpass.
Elevator and slope way on Southern part.
25. Jamsil Railway
Slope ways on Northern part.
Elevator and stairs on Southern part.
26. Olympic
A stair way West side on Northern part.
No direct way on Southern part but can go up through underpass on both East and West sides.
27. Cheonho
No bicycle access road on Northern part.
Stairs on both East and West side on Southern part.
28. Gwangjin
On Northern part, there is no direct way to go up but you can go up through underpass.
On Southern part, there are slope ways on both East and West side.
31. Paldang
A slop way on Northern part East side, Southern part East side
You can't cross Han river using bridges below
